Dallas Zoo

We went to the zoo last Wed with Mason and Jill.  Jarett wanted to wear the jacket with the hood on his head the entire time we were at the zoo.  The boys enjoyed the animals, but much preferred finding sticks.   The gorilla was funny this time, he picked up a stick and put it on his head and mimicked our kids.

My children love the reptile building--they have an albino alligator that the kids love to see.  Also, they love finding the frogs and snakes.  This picture was taken just outside the reptile building.

We fed the birds seeds (Jarett fed them worms).  As soon as I went inside, this bird landed on my head and stayed there the whole time.

Here we all have birds on our heads.

Just call me the bird lady!

We got to ride the carousel before leaving.

We had a wonderful day at the zoo--the fall is my favorite time of year to visit the Dallas zoo.
